Embroidery Fees Explained

New Customer One Time Set-Up Fees:

  • $45 If Digitized Logo not provided in a DST/PES Format.

 File format needs to be PNG, JPEG, or PDF. 

  • $25 If Files are supplied in the size, and for the type of material and/or apparel type requesting.

Example: logos are specific for hats a shirt logo can’t go on a hat, but a hat logo can for shirts if size don’t change over 1/4 of an inch.

up to 24 hrs. for file conversion time.

Professional Embroidery Pricing

$1.50 per 1,000 Stitches for logos Professional Embroidered $10.00 minimum

$5.00 Per item Service Fee

Patch Options

 Embroidered up to 4”x4” - $3.00 each 24 

 $45 Set-Up Fee if files are not supplied in DST/PES format. 

Laser Engraved Leather Patch Designs

  • Genuine Leather $5.00 per patch sewn on. Velcro or adhesive backing available for $ .50 each patch added fee. 
  • Leatherette dual color options $3.50 heat pressed.  (Heat activated adhesive included)

8 –10 day order fulfillment from date of design approval.

File format needs to be PNG, JPEG, OR PDF.

Please supply size of patch needed.
